Team Triggers Map Workshop
Exploring the Emotional Triggers of Your Team!
Course Outline: Team Triggers Map
The Team Triggers Map workshop has been designed as a way for participants to summarise, record and share key emotional triggers within their team. We are all prompted to react to a culmination of a series of events, both positive and negative. We each have personal emotional triggers, and this workshop is designed to explore these within a team.
As a part of the workshop, each team member will receive a TTI Success Insights DISC, Driving Forces and Emotional Quotient Profile (known as TriMetrix EQ). Utilising this Profile, each team member will share:
- Their Potential Behavioural Triggers
- Their Potential Motivational Triggers
Each participant will complete their own map of each of their colleagues' possible positive and negative emotional triggers based on their behavioural style and personal drivers.
The Team Triggers Map is a half-day initiative and can be facilitated virtually or as an in-person workshop. It is designed for teams of 10 or fewer.
What The Workshop Covers
Understanding the DISC & Driving Forces Models
In this session, we will build out the DISC and Driving Forces frameworks and how they can be used by the group to better understand one another and increase the effectiveness of their interactions.
Behavioural Based Emotional Triggers
In this session, we explore how each team member's behavioural style has the potential to trigger both positive and negative emotional states.
Motivational Emotional Triggers
In this session, we explore how each team member's personal interests and drivers have the potential to trigger both positive and negative emotional states.
The Team Triggers Map
As a part of the workshop, each participant will build their own Team Triggers Map. This map serves as a guide for the positive and negative emotional triggers of each team member.
